Even though we haven't been able to attend Spring shows, breeding is still happening. We introduced a new line this past winter that unfortunately produced many DQs. All litters were culled.

Started over with a different buck and was happy with the results. This litter is 8 weeks old. We did the first cut last night.

The next 4 weeks (9-12 weeks) the babies will go through many changes as they develop. πŸ˜† I'm going to try my best to not handle them to much because you can change your mind every time you touch them.

🀞we have something to show in June.
πŸ’• If you want to smile, check out the baby with hay in its mouth.

I smiled when this picture came up in my memories today.

In 2017 we attended the ARBA National Convention and won BOV Broken in Polish. If you look at the picture, you will see a Creme D'Argent. I learned a lot that year with the breed. Sadly, I had to get out of them but am hoping to return back to Indy (first time the national convention has been back in Indy since 2017) with a fresh batch of Cremes.

I smiled because, yes, my mom and I did great in Polish but more because if you breed rabbits long enough, there are certain breeds that tug on your heart πŸ’› and for me that is the Creme D'Argent.
