Coffee Populace

Hello, all. I know it's been some time since you heard from us. We've been working hard on our space, and, while it will take some time to get everything up to code before we can open a full espresso bar, we do have big news: starting this Wednesday, July 1, Funky Turtle Brewing Company will be open to the public from noon - 10:00 p.m.!
Come in for some amazing beverages from our partners (I'll also be working the bar), and some awesome guest taps, but that's not all!
Anytime you come in, we will have the following Coffee Populace products available:

-a variety of beans of all origins (and a few blends), something in every roast level, available in 8 oz. or 1 pound bags
-the early to mid-summer version of our cold brew, available in cans, as well as our standard cold brew on draft
-hot coffee, available as a pourover any time; drip will be available for groups
-a Vietnamese-style version of both our hot coffees or cold brew on draft
-a variety of hot teas
-a non-alcoholic seltzer, fashioned after some of our most popular sodas, before we transition back to their original versions after the heat; currently we have "Jenn's Best," a seltzer version of Jenn's Good Intent grapefruit rosemary soda

We are working on implementing more as we go on, including making syrups available in house and for retail. Come check us out at 1921 Tremainsville.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS WEEK IS OUR SOFT OPENING. WE WILL BE FIGURING OUT WHAT WORKS FOR US, WHAT DOESN'T, AND WHAT NEEDS TO CHANGE, AS WELL AS GETTING A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF OUR P.O.S. SYSTEM AND READERS. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH OUR STAFF (AND ME) AS WE LEARN.

Only a few hurdles left before we open our new space. Here is the most recent look at my new joint venture with Funky Turtle Brewing Company. We will be a joint coffee and brewing operation (beer, mead, and cider), a full coffee bar by day and bar...bar? by night.
