Greatest week ever. During this quarter’s Collaboration Week in our Mumbai office, our global leaders came together to align, integrate, and deliver as one firm, as usual. This time, we also celebrated a milestone years in the making.

SSOE India was named a Great Place To Work® for the first time, with 96% participation and 96% of employees affirming a great workplace experience—among the strongest results across our entire organization, and 136% greater than the certification benchmark.

For us, that’s more than recognition. It’s proof that our culture is scaled alongside our growth.

We’ll all float on. Over the weekend, SSOE joined the Columbus Pride Parade alongside SHYFT, now part of SSOE, whose team has proudly carried on this tradition for years.

SSOE sponsored the float, Designing a More Inclusive Future, organized by our friends at NOMAColumbus, IIDA Columbus City Center, and The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Columbus, featuring architectural models from eight Columbus firms.

Pride is more than a celebration. It’s a public demonstration of resilience—a declaration that LGBTQIA+ individuals can take up space, show up for one another, and belong everywhere: in our communities, our workplaces, and our future.
