Trinity Hall

The Founders Award recognizes a member or members of the school community whose commitment to the success of Trinity Hall mirrors the dedication of our founders, Mairead and Sean Clifford, and Victoria and Justin Gmelich. This year’s recipient of the Founders Award is Director of Development Lorraine Knepple P'18.

At graduation, Mairead Clifford shared, "Her energy is boundless and contagious in the best way. She's one of the biggest cheerleaders and advocates of the school. Her passion, commitment and dedication are unmatched. She's as committed to the success of Trinity Hall and each individual student as she is to her fun, fashionable and fancy sneakers. ... Nothing, and I mean nothing, stands in her way of advancing the mission of Trinity Hall."

Victoria Gmelich added, "When she ended up sending her daughter to Trinity Hall, I got to know and appreciate her process. She paid attention. She researched diligently. Her careful discernment made her stand out... From that point on, she was all in. She very quickly became part of the community. She got involved in everything. She knew everyone. She embraced our mission, and her enthusiasm about her daughter's experience spoke volumes. I'm sure her confidence about how great Trinity Hall was convinced countless families to come to our school... Her role at school is far wider than her title. She works tirelessly for our success. I am proud to have her work at Trinity Hall, but even prouder to call her my friend."
