Sometimes you get to the gym and you just know that the great workout you had planned to do just isn’t gonna happen. Instead of packing up your gear and heading back home, do some mobility work, foam rolling, and stretching. Something is better than nothing and your body will feel better afterwards. I certainly feel much better than I did when I first walked into the gym.

I’ve got a busy morning ahead of me with meetings, but my goal to give it another shot this afternoon 🤞🏽💪🏽. Have and make it a great day!
