Today was really busy we juggled concrete appointments, slab repair estimates, apartment showings at 3 different locations and lunch at 4 pm finally! Food was good but I just can't wrap my head around $3.29 for a glass of unsweet tea. Retail cost of a 1-gal tea bag is about $0.37. Paul Smith always points out, it doesn't make or serve itself. By 4pm I was grateful to have it even at $3.29.

RENTED / OFF MARKET AUG 2022 This 3BR, 2B home has been HOME to my grandson and fiancé for the past 18 months. This past week we have packed, cleaned & moved them to Nacogdoches. I hope they enjoy their new place and I hope our new renters enjoy this one. It has been a big reminder of all my parents endured as a military family. We literally must have packed, cleaned and moved every year of my life till about 13.

Sometimes people come into situations that affect their ability to meet rental obligations. Communication is KEY. Don't make promises you can't keep, be up front early. Landlords have obligations too. Most would rather you break a lease and avoid the eviction process than go to court and have months and money in the hole. My happy is a clean property, a tenant that takes pride in their home, and one that communicates honestly and timely with any issue (mine or theirs). If you are a PDMTT tenant thank you!
