+Here’s the wall ball portion of a lesson with a while back at Liberty HS in Eldersburg (their wall is fenced in, which is EXTRA awesome for when you aren’t perfect & miss the catch 😉)+

+The progression starts one handed, builds to two sticks to have some fun and to challenge our brains, and then gives you a nice little routine that will work on a myriad of stick skills. Aka you are building confidence in yourself like Maisy did by the time this was over. If there’s anything you believe you can’t do, push through that uncomfortable feeling and fight the urge to quit.
