My studio is taking all the necessary precautions to keep people safe and social distanced. A couple weeks into re-opening and all is going well! Got a couple spots left for in person 1 on 1 training. I also offer ZOOM 1 on 1 and small group slots as well! 💪 stay safe and crush goals my friends!

Remember... there is no 1 size fits all nutrition plan. Every single person needs a different # of calories and macros. Eating HISTORY is where you need to start to determine your starting point 💪 biggest thing I see with women is not eating ENOUGH food to lose weight. You CAN fix a broken metabolism 🤔
