It's hard to believe it's already graduation time! Congratulations to this years Graduates!

Definitely makes sense why this phone wasn't charging! Phones go through life with us, and sometimes they need a little spring cleaning too.

Our customer came in with an undamaged display, with a black sceen, but still got calls vibrated ect, a classic example of a broken oled. Unfortunately for this customer, their previous repair shop installed a hard oled which we don't offer because they're very brittle and prone to breakage.
Clearly the sceen isn't their only issue, but the customer didn't have time today to finish the repair, we'll have the after pictures in a few days. After replacing their sceen with a proper soft oled, they at least had a working phone!
Quality matters.

It's been a while since we've seen a phone with screen burn like this, but one things for sure.. It was time for a new sceen!
Since we still see S20FEs often we had a sceen in stock, and our customers repair was complete in well under an hour!
