My theme for July is RECONNECTION. Reflecting back over the last 6 months, I had many things to be proud of AND I also noticed that I was feeling a little "meh!"

When I thought back about the time where I felt accomplished AND happy, it was when I was doing a few simple principles every single day.

Reconnecting with my VISION is about reconnecting with my purpose and the goals that scare the living daylights out of me.

Reconnecting with my GOALS is about being intentional with my time and my actions to create the results that I am after.

Reconnecting with my CONFIDENCE is about taking action and doing the things that lead to new opportunities and results. We don't build confidence from reading books or listening to inspirational people. We build confidence from doing the work ourselves.

Reconnecting with my HAPPINESS is about making time everyday to do the things that brings me joy, even if it's just for a minute. Yes, I have goals, I have responsibilities, I have challenges AND I am also allowed to be happy. That happiness can only come from me.

Reconnecting with my AUTHENTICITY is about embracing myself as I am as I continue to grow. There is no one on this earth that is like me (or like you) and that in itself is worth honoring.
