Abby Landon: I had a fantastic time speaking with future estate planners at Lewis & Clark Law School, thanks to an invite from Phi Alpha Delta, the oldest legal fraternity. Walking back into Classroom 1 brought back memories of my own law school days—I couldn’t help but wonder if my class was as engaging and enthusiastic as today’s students! This was my 2nd trip back to L&C in the past few weeks - I was also honored to speak with the Lewis & Clark Law School Tax Law Society. Estate planning, gift and estate tax, and estate litigation are such rewarding fields, blending technical and interpersonal skills to help families secure their legacies. So grateful to be back at my alma mater, sharing insights with the next generation of legal professionals!
