We thought this was just a pretty porcelain box... but it turned out to be over 100 years old. 🤯
This antique Dresden porcelain writing stand (also called an inkstand) dates back to around the late 1800s to early 1900s. Every compartment had a purpose: from holding ink and pens to storing writing accessories. And the hand-painted details are incredible.
It’s always fun uncovering the history behind pieces like this. Imagine the letters that were written from this desk over a century ago. ✍️
