The AICE workshop series is officially a wrap — and we couldn't be more proud of every community that showed up.
Over 5 workshops across 5 communities, TKH brought AI education directly to people where they are — with SoHarlem, BronxWorks Grant Associates, and St. Nicks Alliance, plus Queens Public Library in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce. No gatekeeping. No prerequisites. Just real skills, real conversations, and real connections.
Thank you to everyone who participated, facilitated, and made these workshops possible. More to come. 💪

Five years of building together — and this year's Bloomberg x TKH Hackathon set the bar high.
On June 25, TKH Innovation Fellows and Bloomberg employee mentors gathered at Bloomberg HQ for the 5th Annual . 147 participants joined in-person and virtually for an evening grounded in community and focused on what it truly means to build technology responsibly.
Opening remarks from Jerelyn Rodriguez Williams (The Knowledge House) and Vanessa Luna (Bloomberg) set the stage, followed by a panel with Stephen Augustus (Bloomberg) and Ijeoma Mbamalu (ACLU), who led rich conversations on responsible tech, open source collaboration, AI and human judgment, and building careers with purpose.
After a weekend of building and competing, the winners were Team N — Reginald Amedee, Palo Becerra, and Shweta Patil — for Career Share, a skills-first career platform that helps job seekers track in-demand skills, find open roles, and tap into community-backed learning resources.
To every fellow who competed: we are so proud of you. And to Bloomberg — thank you for five years of investing in what community-trained tech talent can do.
Meet Reginald — Data Analytics Innovation Fellow and the definition of community in action.
Self-taught. Persistent. And someone who found in TKH not just a program, but a co-sign that opened doors.
In his own words: "The Knowledge House could sort of co-sign you and legitimize you to the workforce."
