As winter sets in, survival becomes a daily challenge for our most vulnerable neighbors. Across many counties, warming centers open their doors to provide shelter from the cold—but warmth alone is not enough.

Power In A Shower brings dignity, health, and hope directly to these spaces by providing warm, private showers in our mobile units. For individuals who have gone days, weeks, or even months without access to basic hygiene, a hot shower is more than comfort—it is a moment of relief, restoration, and humanity.

Along with warm showers, we provide clean underclothing, helping guests feel respected and cared for during one of the hardest seasons of the year. These services do more than lift spirits; they play a critical role in public health. Access to proper hygiene has been shown to slow—and in many cases stop—the spread of illness in congregate settings like warming centers.
