HELP WANTED at a local Terrell horse farm. We are an eventing barn with 20 – 25 horses at any given time that is still looking for another person to add to the team. You won’t become a millionaire working here, but you will have consistent, stable work in a great environment. You’ll work hard, have fun, and learn a lot.

- Must be able to handle horses, feed/water, clean stalls, check for injuries, etc.
- Must be comfortable leading in multiple large horses at a time.
- Must be able to easily lift hay bales, muck buckets, and water buckets.
- Must be able to work in the heat.
- Must be able to stay off your phone and focus on the care of the horses.
- Must be able to look around and see what needs to be done, and then do it (meaning a self-starter and self-sufficient).
- Must be able to use and maintain farm equipment.
- Must be able to mow, w**d eat, and do other miscellaneous tasks around the farm
- Horses are on night turnout which means mornings are intense and fast-paced, and the rest of the day is lighter.

Drama-free barn filled with great people.

Reliable transportation is a must, meaning you MUST have your own car and that car must be in good working order.

References and a background check are required. No exceptions.

Prefer full-time but will consider part-time applicants depending on schedule.

TWO STALLS AVAILABLE
This is an opportunity to join our barn family. We have a couple of stalls open for boarding and training. No drama. Just good friends who support each other on their journey. We also have a select number of pasture care spots available for easykeepers.

ABOUT THE FARM
No more than 25 horses on 80+ acres. Plenty of room to spread out (and plenty of room to ride). Cross-country jumps. Outdoor arenas. Covered arena. Onsite trainer, Gordon Lamb Equine. All the amenities you need to train. All riding levels are welcome.
