Tenafly Municipal Democrats

Tenafly Mayor and Council are working on our leaf pick up everyday with our DPW. We understand that many streets have yet to be cleared, and our DPW crews are actively working on the clean up. Council intends to purchase new leaf loading trucks that require less manpower and have better storage per truck. In addition, Council wants to purchase new one arm recycling trucks. In addition to providing residents better, more efficient DPW services, these new machinery purchases will free up manpower to work on road repairs, tree planting and park maintenance. If you want to discuss these issues, please join us at our next Council meeting on December 11th at Borough Hall.
