The Merrithew North America symposium is an event I look forward to every year. This year it happened to fall on International Pilates Day. Getting to spend time in NYC connecting with instructors from all over the world and learning from the most accomplished Stott Pilates master instructor trainers is incredible!!! My cup is full 🫶 and I am so grateful for everything and everyone Pilates has brought into my life! ❤️💪 It was a total ”pinch me” day!
