In May and June, the Cultural Activities Center’s theme is Art is Everywhere: Healing. Join us for a “Wooosssahhh Wednesday” Lunch and Learn: The Healing Art of Resonance & Breath.

When we slow down and allow ourselves to be in the present moment. Only connected to our body and breath, the nervous system can reset. Cortisol drops, Shallow breathing gives way to Deep cleansing breaths. From this place of peace, creativity,and inspiration have room to expand. This guided session will be a mini retreat. Light breathwork and mediation accompanied by frequency music. with a light lunch
