Been doing this at the same house for 8 years and now all of a sudden I get a letter like this.

Interesting.

If I could afford another mortgage payment. I'd get a shop but now I have to figure out doing all of my work in the garage or backyard..

Just spoke to the guy that sends out these forms. He said someone in the neighborhood complained to my HOA which then they contacted him.

He said the complaint was "boat load of cars coming in and out on the weekends"
