Huge thanks to Connect Medical for providing the sport wheelchairs and to Heroes Adapt for hooking us up with the Assault Bikes. We couldn’t make this happen without their incredible support!

Workout #2 Wheelchair Relay (4 Stations) – Are You Ready?

This year, it’s all gas, no brakes—athletes will battle through every station back-to-back in one nonstop run!

All athletes. One chair. No excuses. Every competitor—adaptive and able-bodied alike—will take on this relay from a wheelchair.

You’ll grind through the modified rower, hammer out front arm swings, push heavy on the landmine press, and unleash everything in an all-out assault bike finish.

Breaks? Not this year. You’ll hit every station in one go—let’s see who can hang on!

Your arms will burn, your lungs will scream, and your willpower will be tested. But this is where champions rise. Teamwork, speed, and grit will decide who conquers the course.

Strap in, lock down, and leave it all on the floor. The Ability Games are where athletes prove what they’re made of.
