The perfect Fall dinner 🍂 The viral Chicken Cobbler 😋 •1 stick of butter •1 rotisserie chicken deboned (I used left over chicken thighs that I chopped up) •1 bag of frozen veggies •box of cheddar bay biscuits (I used the gluten free variety) •2 cups of milk •2 cups of chicken stock (I used chicken bouillon) •1 can of cream of chicken soup (I used gluten free) •garlic powder and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 375°. Allow butter to melt in the pan while oven preheats (do not let it burn). Take melted butter pan out of the oven and add chicken on top of butter. Dump bag of frozen veggies on top. Sprinkle garlic powder on top. Mix biscuit mix and milk together, then pour on top of chicken and veggies (do not mix, but you can spread evenly). Mix chicken stock and cream of chicken soup together, then add on top of chicken mixture (do NOT stir). Add some pepper then let it bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until the top turns golden. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then serve! Enjoy!
