Well Hello! I’d like to re-introduce myself for the newer followers out there. Thank you for checking us out! I’m Janet Mitchell, Owner and Chief Celebration Consultant for Pop the Cork Productions for the past nearly 15 years. Saying that out loud kind of blows my mind. Time sure flies when you’re having fun!

Several years ago, I started building a team to help with all the many hats of running a small business. Today, I can’t imagine not having this team working alongside me. They make my life easier every day and are instrumental in bringing our couples’ celebrations to life through planning and production.

I tend to prefer to stay behind the scenes in general and especially during our weddings and events, because frankly, it should be all about you. However, I do know how important it is for you to know, like and trust the people you’re hiring to help you plan your once in a lifetime celebration.
