Hello everyone. It's been a little over a year now since we closed our doors and it's sure been a long year. We miss seeing all our customers and having access to fresh chorizo like you all do I'm sure. Just wanted to give a quick update since we do see your messages on here. At this time there still aren't any new plans or updates on when we're going to reopen the chorizo business elsewhere. That's a big endeavor that unfortunately is going to take at least a few more years before we get things started again. More than likely won't happen until the current Bill's Market property sells. Apologies for the longer delay of chorizo but it will come back eventually, we promise you that.

Now as I'm sure some of you have noticed, the Bill's Market sign from the top of the building was removed a couple months ago. We're very honored to announce that it's going to be on display at the Tempe History Museum for their new sign exhibit. The opening reception is going to be this upcoming Thursday, September 14th at 6pm. The exhibit will be up until the end of January, so if you're interested in going to see some of the memorable signs from the Tempe area, including ours, that'd be appreciated. Thanks again for the continued love and support of the Bill's Market name. Until next time.

Just letting everyone know that Bill's Market just closed early for the day, and to an extent forever. We are so grateful for everyone that showed up this week and wished us farewell. To everyone who was unable to get our chorizo, we apologize again. Know that this won't be the end of Bill's Market's chorizo and legacy.

Till the next chapter,

One more day. We're about to open this morning and serve as many people as we can. Thanks again for the outpour of support this week from everyone. Like previously said before, we've hit numbers never even thought of before this week. Please bear with us as the line is definitely longer than what we can serve. We know of the people who've gone every day and got some, and we know of the ones using their kids who can barley hold bags of chorizo to get another 5 Pounds... But we can't exactly kick people out of our store when we have a line of hundreds of people and we're selling over 600 pounds within 2 hours, and we're all exhausted.
We just ask that if you're one of those people, maybe don't come back tomorrow? Everyone in that huge line deserves to at least get something. Regardless, I hope everyone waiting stays cool and understands when we run out that we're doing the most we can. Today the staff is even shorter today, so it's going to be rough on them. Please bear with us, but know we are extremely grateful again for the love and support.

Thank you everyone for the support today. We easily broke a record for the amount of customers we had in our store. We apologize again to everyone who was unable to get chorizo and waited in that line for hours. All we can say is keep trying and we're going to keep making as much as we can for you. On that note:

For the remainder of this week, we are no longer selling the Mixed Chorizo. Just hot and mild. If you want mixed, get a couple pounds of each and mix it yourself at home.

Doing this will just help make the line move faster for everyone, while making things slightly easier on us. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello everyone. For the rest of this week, we're no longer accepting any chorizo orders. We've gotten a high amount of them in just the past couple days, and the amount of chorizo it'll take to fill those will take away from everyone else. We now have a first come, first serve policy. The orders made with us on Saturday and early this morning in person will still be honored, but that's all.

I understand we originally said we would accept orders, but with the high demand we simply can't anymore.

We still have the Only 5 Pounds Per Customer Per Day policy.

We're working hard to make a lot more and it'll be ready for opening tomorrow and that's what we plan to keep doing through Saturday. Thank you for your understanding.
