Started this journey again in January at 97lbs after taking two months off, depressed and barely eating. This morning I weighted myself and realized I’ve gained 13lbs of healthy weight thanks to -

I’m proud because everyone is so supportive towards one another,
_
I’m proud because you all work so hard.
_
I’m proud because our mission is better mental health.
_
The body will follow if you put your mind first 👊🏻

I think the point of life is to take information and just make the best of it.
_
There are going to be good and negative things for the rest of our lives.
_
But we have to take that information no matter what our perspective is and become amazing.
_
