I'm here to give you an update on the housing market.

In 2023, there were fewer than four million real estate transactions — the lowest number of homes sold in the last thirty years.

In 1993, we had just 260 million people living in the U.S. Now we have 340 million. So last year was a record low. That’s why there is a huge pent-up desire for people to move in 2024.

The number one age group that wants to make a move is millennials. There are 72 million of them. 45.5 million are between the ages of 26 and 35. 26 is the typical age when people move out of their parents’ home, and 35 is when they become first-time buyers.

This is the largest number of potential buyers in U.S. history.

No hype or empty promises. I’m already in the top 100 of all Realtors in our local market and just need to keep up with the new business flowing in. We are even willing to demon-strate our commitment upfront by offering a $2,000 signing bonus OR a monthly guarantee of $1,000 for the first 3 months until you ramp up your business. This would be for the right person who has already demonstrated the ability to sell a minimum of 30 homes in the past two years. Even if you haven’t done this volume, but believe you would be a fit, we would still offer you a version a potential bonus or guarantee.

LISTINGS:
We are overrun with listing leads and have a proven track record of being able to convert consistently at 20% or better on average. Over 50% of the leads received on day 1 convert to a listing appointment! You have to list to last is the saying goes and listings will bring you buyers and other listings. We have access to trademarked processes and seller lead flow that no one else in the industry has. The process is proven with 3 years of data to pro-duce incredible listing agents and is so reliable that it offers a 6-month money back guaran-tee. I don’t sell seller leads but the broker we are with does and it’s 10x my business in the last year alone! I literally take 3-5 listings per week using it, at whatever commission I want to charge. You can buy these leads or I will buy them for you depending on if want a sign on bonus or monthly guarantee. I know this sounds too good to be true…all I can say is come on my listing appointments for a week or two and seeing will be believing. After meeting several others in my office who are selling 60-125+ listings a year and with a money back guarantee it will forever change your outlook in real estate. I’m pretty upfront; so, I want you to know that I include the listings as an option but it’s completely voluntary if would like to participate or not. The main reason for the ad is to be my senior buyer’s agent and work with my Dave Ramsey buyer leads. However, why turn down selling a minimum of 4 listings per month at an absolute minimum?

BUYERS:
Besides taking listings and participating in the platform I explained above, you will also get the privilege of working buyer leads from Dave Ramsey. Hopefully you already know about him and love what he is about. Their lead flow is free to you and verified to be in large #’s. You however, have to be doing some incredible volume to qualify, which we do and you would need to also certify with a 2 day training to work under our team umbrella. I’m a producing team owner, so I’m not looking to have my bills paid off your production with a ridiculous split from you. I first want you to make the money you want, and we will come up with a split that makes sense. I do make a considerable upfront and monthly in-vestment to part of Dave Ramsey’s eco system but it’s really worth it. His followers are some the nicest and amazing hearted people I’ve ever met.

You will also learn to be a database master. I have built my business and taught other Real-tors to build a growing and massive database that will always be there for you. It’s truly the only way to work your real estate business given Zillow and all the IBuyers out there. We also host several massive client appreciation events as our core method for growing our database, which you will be able to plug into as well to reap the massive benefits.
