Did you know you can use whey protein instead of flour for pizza crust? Talk about a perfect end to your Monday!🍕 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/2 cup BFD Unflavored Whey protein powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp granulated garlic ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/2 tsp salt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3oz parmesan cheese 3oz mozzarella cheese 2oz cream cheese 4 tbsp olive oil 1 egg tbs baking stevia⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients together, line baking sheet with parchment paper and smooth dough out. Bake crust 9 to 12 minutes, until golden brown. Top with sauce and your favorite healthy toppings and return to oven until the cheese is melted! Enjoy!

Blueberry muffins are no longer just a guilty pleasure! These are packed with protein, to keep you full all morning! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/2 cup BFD whey vanilla protein powder 1/2 cup applesauce ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2 Eggs 1/4 cup brown sugar ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp baking soda ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/2 tsp baking powder ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2/3 cup fresh blueberries ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
