Great review from Natara... "I thought my computer was cooked when i saw the keyboard looked pregnant. Turns out it was the battery that was pregnant (swollen, and dangerous). Sean was very helpful and we got it fixed in just a few days. Got my computer back looking like new since they cleaned it too!"
