Geronimo Wall Systems – Estimator/Project Manager
Geronimo Wall Systems is seeking an experienced candidate to help pave our way into the future!! The ideal candidate shall have 3-5 years of project management and/or estimating in stucco, EIFS, and stone veneer (siding, drywall, paint, acoustical ceilings, and structural metal/wood framing a PLUS!) for residential, commercial, and multifamily projects; be very well versed in blueprints/plans and specification reading in a digital and paperless environment; be an independent self-starter and learner who requires no assistance performing DETAILED AND ACCURATE quantity takeoffs, developing cost estimates, scopes of work, and putting together bid packages for our customers; building and managing (for profitability and cash flow) budgets for labor, materials, and equipment; procurement of materials; creating and maintaining project files in a digital/paperless environment; provide budget forecasts and profitability reports to management; complete monthly billings and change orders; create and send required contract documents (schedule of values, submittals, safety plans/SDS, closeout, insurance certs, request for quotes, etc.) to customers; and working side by side with our Operations Department to ensure all of our projects are delivered on time, safe, and within budget.

EDUCATION:
4 year degree from an accredited institution preferred; experience and attitude takes precedence over education.
