Meet Carlos Briones 👋✨

Carlos has spent two decades in corporate finance, helping Fortune 500 companies and growing businesses reach their financial goals. This year, he shifted his focus to something even more meaningful: helping families achieve their biggest financial milestone—homeownership.

When he’s not working, you’ll find him at his 8-year-old triplets’ soccer and swimming events, playing pickup soccer, or taking trips to the beach or snow.

His mission is to guide Latino families in the language they feel most comfortable with and to help more families achieve the dream of owning their own home. 🏡🤝

Meet Jesús Lopez 👋💼

Jesús has been in the mortgage industry since 2019, after starting his sales career in 2016 selling cars. He’s always enjoyed helping families especially when other places denied them and he was still able to make it happen. A big part of his business is supporting the Hispanic community, even as an investor.

Born and raised in Phoenix🏜️🌵Jesús spends his spare time with his family.

For over 25 years, Fernando has dedicated his career to helping families achieve one of the biggest milestones in life: owning a home🏠 With deep experience in the consumer lending industry, he saw a gap in accessible, bilingual support for the Latino community and decided to change that.

Two years ago, he founded ALO Mortgage, a company built on trust, education, and community. What started as a vision is now a growing team of passionate bilingual loan officers committed to guiding families through the home-buying journey.

Beyond the office, Fernando loves traveling and spending quality time with his daughters✨
