Dina comes to us most recently from Workiva (NYSE: WK), the platform powering trust, transparency, and accountability for 6,600+ organizations, including over 85% of the Fortune 1,000. Before that, she spent years at Square leading Payments, Hardware, and Globalization, working hand in hand with the card brands, EMVco, and PCI, launching payment products across Square's global fleet and driving $7.5 million in incentives.

She walked into an engineering org carrying 90 recurring critical failures and took it to zero in nine months. In her own words, what she does best is bring order to chaos. For a fintech at our stage, that's the perfect mix.
