Hi Peloton, I wonder if you have water bottles that are connected to the sippy? It’s hard to drink out of a cup on the bike, so having a straw would be really helpful.

Hello everyone, today I’m reintroducing myself back into the world of Pilates and I want to share my journey with you.

In 2019 I had a stroke due to an Arterial Venous Malformation, which nearly took my life. One thing it couldn’t take from me is my deep love for movement and Pilates!

I’m looking forward to sharing my best practices and movements with you all. As a formerly certified instructor, my passion is to share Pilates with everyone and incorporate how this wonderful method of exercise has helped me with my recovery over the years and beyond! I hope you’ll join me in this next chapter of life.
