Would you dissolve these lips first?

As an injector, I usually recommend dissolving migrated filler before adding more volume.

But every patient has different goals, budgets, timelines, and comfort levels.

Today we used a conservative approach:
✔️ Small amount of filler
✔️ PDO threads for lip border support
✔️ Future plan to dissolve only the migrated product outside the vermilion border
