🚫 Foods to Avoid After Lipo That ACTUALLY Cause Inflammation
(And yes… chicken is one of them 👀)

Post-lipo healing isn’t just about massages and fajas — what you eat can increase swelling, hardness, and even fibrosis if you’re not careful.

❌ Common inflammatory foods post-op:
• Processed meats & injected chicken
• “Healthy” vegetable oils (canola, soybean, sunflower)
• Deli meats & rotisserie chicken (high sodium)
• Protein bars & shakes with artificial sweeteners
• Gluten (temporarily inflammatory after surgery)
• Dairy (thickens lymph fluid)
• Sugar-free/diet products
