Temecula continues to show steady strength. Home values held firm, closed sales were up, and buyers had more options to choose from.

For sellers, the opportunity is still there, especially with the right pricing, marketing, and strategy from day one.

For buyers, May brought a little more breathing room, more inventory, and the chance to make a thoughtful move.
