Market Takeaways Inventory has increased slightly compared with last year, giving buyers more negotiating power.
Homes that are priced correctly and marketed well are still selling, while overpriced homes are sitting longer. Demand remains solid in desirable areas, especially larger lots and lifestyle properties like those in Fallbrook.
