"I had a front axle on my 2007 BMW 328 Xi go out. It ended up being a much bigger job than anticipated as it ended up being caused by a failed engine mount and engine mount bracket. Oof Da!! The failed engine mount and bracket ended up sn*******ng into affecting a few cooling system parts as well, but the team at European Autowerks kept at it and got everything squared away. The communication was good throughout this whole ordeal and they treated me really well. Hopefully I don’t need them again for a long time, but if anything else on my car goes sideways like it did recently, I would have no problem trusting them with another job."

"Great customer experience all around. Communication is great and staff are all very calm, happy, and organized, especially when there are a lot of delivery folks coming in and out. They are also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I wasn't expecting a car wash, and other cool goodies. It always feels stressful for me whenever I bring my car in at the dealership or call my mobile mechanic, so I thought I would try this place. It feels like a family walking in there and I immediately relaxed when I heard the birdies lol. Convenient location, near rental car places."
