We just ended a tough 6-week strength cycle so
we are hitting a de-load week. Lowering the intensity
and getting the body moving.
4-5 x GIANT Supersets
1a.) 6-8 x Box/Bench Squats (squat)
1b.) 8-12 x DB Shoulder Press (push)
1c.) 8-12 x KB Gorilla Rows (Pull)
1d.) :20-:25 V-sit Hold (Core)
1e.) :30 sec. moderate cardio
2:00-3:00 minutes walk recovery b/t sets.
