We keep her routine simple, after 2 touch up appointments we then do a couple foils for soft dimension. Enough to add a pop around her face & in her crown to help blend out her regrowth.

It all started with cutting about 4 inches off the bottom ✂️

When reached out to me way back in April she shared with me that since her last haircut, she had some trust issues 😬 She told me her main goals were to get a good cut as well as camouflaging some sparkle. She was willing to wait till this mama got back to work from maternity leave & I'm so lucky she did! 🥰

Her inspo photos showed me that she was ready for some movement in her hair with soft layers around her face. We talked more in depth about color options best suited for her day to day life style, work limitations, as well ideal maintenance routine 💁🏽‍♀️

2015 was the last time she had her hair professionally done and I was so excited to take on this transformation 💪🏽

Wanting to keep her dark and dimensional, I added a soft face framing pop with just a few pieces to break up her crown. Using my lowlight formula to cover up some sparkle was the best way to add intentional depth through out her problem areas. The overall gloss was the 🤌🏽 perfect way to add richness to this look as well as beautiful shine ✨

Keeping as much length as possible & adding some beautiful layers around her face was her main goal with the haircut 💇🏻‍♀️ With internal layering I find that it's the best way to add some flair to your hair without committing yourself to the work of traditional layers. My low maintenance clients just love this cutting technique I use often 💕
