In Part 4 of our Soul Ties series, we are moving from teaching into application.

This session includes interactive prayer and project time where we will begin walking through the process of identifying unhealthy soul ties, recognizing the unmet needs and trauma patterns connected to them, and bringing those places before Jesus for healing, release, and restoration.

Soul ties are not always simple or easy to untangle. They often involve deep emotional attachment, trauma bonds, unmet needs, family patterns, relationship agreements, spiritual influence, and places in the heart that have learned to survive through connection, control, dependency, or pain.

In this session, we will slow down and begin working through the process together.

We will focus on:

Recognizing unhealthy soul ties and emotional entanglements
Identifying the unmet needs that helped form the attachment
Understanding how trauma, shame, fear, and dependency can keep the tie active
Taking personal responsibility for our own healing process
Bringing the relationship, attachment, and agreements before Jesus
Praying through forgiveness, release, renunciation, and restoration
Beginning the process of breaking the old attachment and receiving God’s truth, comfort, and resources in its place

This is not about blaming another person or pretending healing happens all at once. It is about allowing the Holy Spirit to reveal what has been holding us, where our hearts became attached, and how Jesus wants to bring freedom, cleansing, and new internal order.

Bring a journal, a quiet heart, and a willingness to let Jesus meet the places that have been trying to get love, safety, value, belonging, or comfort through unhealthy attachment.

This session is both prayerful and practical as we begin the deeper work of untangling, releasing, and allowing God to restore what belongs to Him.

My Best Friend (my BFF) wants to be your best friend too…...

Jesus said:

John 14:26 — “But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things… and will remind you of everything I have said to you.”

John 14:16–17 — “And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— the Spirit of truth... You know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.”

Acts 1:8 — “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses…”

Romans 8:26–27 — “the Spirit helps us in our weakness… the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.”

Romans 8:9–11 — “...if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ... The Spirit gives life to your mortal bodies.”

Come quickly Lord, please come quickly!

Life has a way of shaking us —winds of uncertainty, waves of pressure, and moments where fear tries to take over. 🌊 Yet we are reminded of the powerful truth: faith doesn’t always remove the storm, but it anchors us firmly within it. ⚓ God gives us peace that stands firm even when everything else is shaking. “You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.” — Isaiah 26:3(ESV) ✨

Faith in God is not about living a trouble-free life. It’s about carrying an unshakable peace in the middle of chaos. 🌪️ That kind of peace doesn’t come from circumstances; it comes from confidence in Who is in control. 🙏
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God… will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” 🛡️💖 (Philippians 4:6–7)
Let’s think about when Peter walked on water (Matthew 14:29–31 ESV). 🌊🚶‍♂️ As long as his eyes were on Jesus, he stood above the storm. But when he focused on the wind, fear took over. His situation didn’t change—his focus did. 👁️
How often do we lose our focus?
Being “undisturbed” doesn’t mean you don’t feel. It means you are not ruled by what you feel. 💡
It means choosing trust over fear, even when your emotions are loud.
It means declaring truth over your situation: God is my refuge 🏰 God is my strength 💪 God is present in every storm 🌧️
Faith trains the heart to remain steady when everything else is shifting. 🧭 It’s a quiet strength — the kind that doesn’t always look dramatic, but holds you together when you could easily fall apart.
You may not control the storm, but through faith, the storm doesn’t have to control you.
Being “undisturbed” doesn’t mean life is easy—it means your foundation is firm. 🪨
