How many of you out there have experienced emotions and moods that you thought were not your own? That they came out of nowhere and had completely changed how you felt at that moment. Do you feel uncomfortable in crowded spaces? If this has happened to you then you might be an Empath!

Empathy is defined as the ability to sense other people's emotions and moods. While we all have a degree of empathy towards others, an Empath takes this a step further. They are not only able to sense these emotions, but they can in a sense absorb these feelings and may get confused as to how or why they are feeling these things. Some can even manifest physical sensations when accidentally or purposefully tuning into another person's energy. They can often become overwhelmed in crowds and may find peace around nature where they can fortify themselves from the natural energy around them.

While being an Empath may seem really overwhelming and maybe even a hindrance or a weakness at times, believe me I know, there is a sense of empowerment and strength that Empaths can foster and grow in their lives.

We will go over how to better control this Gift through certain steps and guidance from what I have learned over the years from experience and from the teachings of my Guardian Angels.
