I'm excited to share that signup is now open for Restorative Yoga Training Continuing Ed at Home Yoga Studio in Temecula.
This training can be transformative in how you approach your yoga classes, your sequences, and your own personal self-care practice.
Why is that? Past students have described how, by taking this course, they more fully understand the nature and life-saving benefits of relaxation, as well as how to tap in to it. They've been inspired to integrate this practice within their yoga classes and integrate bits and pieces into their own self-care practice.
In this training, we delve into principles rather than rules. Working with the principles of restorative yoga not only solidifies understanding of the foundations of restorative yoga, it opens up opportunity to make this practice your own unique offering.
The training is on two Sundays.

Hi friends!
As we move swiftly into the new year, many of my friends and students are saying they're going to make sleep a priority. What a wonderful gift to give yourself! I'm here to cheer you on.
In light of that, and as someone who has also struggled with getting the sleep I need from time to time, I've recorded a guided relaxation meditation for falling asleep. I hope you not only enjoy it... but I hope it helps you immensely as you drift off into a blissful slumber.
