Step into a bold, new reimagining of the beloved holiday classic with The Mousical — a vibrant, family-friendly musical adventure that brings fresh energy and imagination to the Nutcracker tale. Set in 1800’s Hamelin, Clara dreams of becoming an inventor like her eccentric Godfather Drosselmeier. But when he accidentally pipes the village mice — along with all the children — into a mysterious, magical realm, Clara must race against time to rescue them (minus the mice) before they are trapped forever. Along the way, she must outwit a marriage-minded mother and a vengeance-fueled giant mouse with a taste for drama.
Featuring an original score by Don York (Music Director for the Paul Taylor Company & Broadway productions) and rising composer Grande Coles, with book and lyrics by award-winning screenwriter, Bobbi Boes (Two Roads), and accomplished playwright, Beverly Stephenson, The Mousical takes audiences of all ages on a whimsical journey of courage, invention, and heart.
