Because the issue of Bob Saunders' supposed dedication to affordable housing has been brought up to this group many times, we thought it would be helpful to point out that:

-During the last 8 years of Bob Saunders being on town council he has attended a total of ZERO meetings of the housing sub-committee.

-For his entire time on town council, Bob has overseen the creation of 5.6 units of housing per year when the need was in excess of 50. Additionally, he tried to obstruct the majority of those units from ever having been built.

These two reasons alone would lead any reasonable voter to conclude that Bob Saunders is not serious about affordable housing in Telluride.

We have far more dedicated candidates available to us in the fight for the affordable housing that we need in Telluride!
