I just finished a painting in watercolor using flowers from an old hosta plant that has been in the family for years. I love these flowers and look forward to them every August. Each bloom only lasts one day so I had to keep changing to new flowers each day that I worked on the painting.

This painting is "FAMILY TREASURERS" as it shows the white hosta blooms as well as
a glass vase that belonged to my mother in law as well as a table rug and vases that I have collected over the years.
