Most of the parents we talk to are trying so hard to do the right thing…
and still feel like something isn’t working.
At our practice, we see kids every day who are:
- worried they’re “too weird”
- struggling socially
- holding it together at school and falling apart at home
- starting to believe something is wrong with them
And parents who are second-guessing themselves the whole way through.
A lot of this isn’t about trying harder.

It’s about understanding what your child actually needs and getting them the right kind of support.
If even one of these slides felt familiar, you’re not alone in this.
We specialize in working with neurodivergent kids and teens and helping them build confidence, independence, and real-life skills.

I share a lot about what we’re seeing in our practice and what actually helps.

If everything has felt like A LIT since spring break, you’re not the only one.
This stretch between spring break and finals can be one of the most mentally exhausting times of the school.
If you’re a high school senior feeling overwhelmed about finals, graduation, or the transition to college, our High School to College Therapy Group starting May 4th is a supportive space to help you navigate it with peers who get it.
