Tea Area School District is excited to announce that Tea Area High School was awarded the Workforce Development Grant for $118,500. The Workforce Education Fund is supported by the South Dakota Legislature to enhance programming in career and technical education programs. These dollars will help jump-start the development of our agriculture program. This is a matching grant to constructing a greenhouse at our CTE building. We are proud to partner with South Dakota State University, Southeast Technical College, Country Acres Tree Farm, Nursery Wholesalers, Tessman Seed, and Adkins Herefords as together we build tomorrow’s workforce.
