With the ongoing federal government shutdown, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits that millions of families rely on are at serious risk. Officials warn that if the shutdown continues into November, many recipients will not receive their food-aid payments as usual. 

Across multiple states, food-banks and local programs are bracing for a surge in demand.  This means that families are in greater need than ever right now.

While the governmental safety-net is under strain, I’m still here working and ready to serve your family. I’m Health Coach K — and I’m offering meal preparation services and monthly family meals so you don’t have to worry about food access when benefits are delayed or reduced.
