YOU HEAL BY RELEASING. YOU DON'T HEAL BY SUPPRESSING.

David said, "When I kept silent, my bones wasted away..." (Psalm 32:3)

Silence didn't heal him. Honesty did.

God never asks us to suppress our emotions. He invites us to "pour out your hearts before Him" (Psalm 62:8).

You cannot cast your cares on God if you refuse to acknowledge they're there.

Healing begins when you stop hiding your pain and start bringing it into the presence of Jesus.

What is brought into the light can be healed.
