The Rifters

We'll be hading south over our various routes down the Rio and over the mountains and whatever it takes to converge on The Dance Station in legendary Santa Fe tonight (Saturday 6/13/26) for an evening of music and dancing, starting at 7:00 PM, Our friend Dave Duncklee will be giving free (with paid admission) dance lessons starting about 6:15, so you all can get warmed up and practice your backflips and stuff. (Just kidding - don't get any ideas.) We have determined through rigorous scientific analysis that it will take about another 743 years for the dancers to wear through that beautiful maple floor, so I reckon we'd better get on it! Hope to see you there! There's a $20 cover to pay the rent for the space and keep us on the road, and the address is 947 W Alameda St - would love to see you there!

We're looking forward to playing by the beautiful Arkansas River in downtown Salida on Saturday! This festival is always a bunch of fun, and even better, it's FREE! And Salida is a cool town to hang out in. So come on up or down or whichever way and join us in Riverside Park, and enjoy a beautiful day of music and friends! We'll be starting up about 4:00 - hope to see you there.

We're looking forward to playing for a great party for a great cause today (Saturday 5/16 - I know it says tomorrow, but that was yesterday!) out at the SLV Farm Brewery, starting sometime after 5:00, which is when the party starts. And it's going to be particularly adventurous today, because we're going to have the amazing Jimmy Stadler filling in for Rod, who had to have some minor surgery this week and has to stay home. (He's fine!) And if you've ever seen Jimmy play, you know it will be a little wild and crazy around the edges! It's all to benefit the Food Bank Network of the San Luis Valley, and it's a great gathering every year, and we're always honored to be part of it. And the Farm Brewery is a very cool place to hang out! Hope to see you there!
