Yep, We took Yamz, turned them to Candied Yamz in a pan. Transferred them Sweet Candied Yamz to a pie crust. Topped with marshmallows, then torched. Mini Pie. Less then 45 minute Dessert. Happy Holidays.

Shrimp Bruschetta. Taught the kiddos how to make their own homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette. We worked on Knife Skills, and Food presentation. “Hmm, ever had a Shrimp Bruschetta sandwich Chef Rich?”

Student Production! Happy Pumpkin Patch Season. First week of Session Two Complete. K-3 group. Nothing But Pumpkin. Pumpkin Dessert Cup! Pumpkin Pie, Dessert Cup, with a Pumpkin Muffin layer. Bottom layer is Ginger Snaps. Then we have Pumpkin Cream Cheese, then Next layer is a Pumpkin Muffin. Then topped with a choice of a lovely Whip cream. Just think, I made this up. Kiddos help create this recipe, they loved it. I think they loved working the Kitchen Aid.
